Joanna trained as an Exotic dance teacher in 2004 in Philadelphia, USA and went on to teach at Danceworks in London. Joanna is married to Jeremy and they have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. Joanna comes from a sporting background, having played County Hockey and Basketball when she was younger. In her 20's, Joanna took up kickboxing, after 6 1/2 years she gained her final brown belt becoming Hertfordshire Kickboxing Champion until she was forced to stop through back injury". Recovery from the injury came in the form of Modern Jive. Joanna has been dancing Modern Jive since 2002 and has demonstrated at Watford (5years), Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Stevenage, Tring and her home town of Berkhamsted. Joanna is an inspiration to all women who wish to dance.
